Protection and confidentiality of complainants

To protect complainant’s rights and information provider within truthful acts, Graphic Buffet Co., Ltd. will conceal name, address or any information that could be used to identify the identity of complainants or information provider and will keep the provided information secret that only the persons in charge of data investigation or persons related to the case have access to.
Therefore, information receiver from the acts that are related to the complaint, is responsible to keep information, complaint and confident documents of the complainant and information provider secret. Information receiver is forbidden from expose the information to any identity who is not related to the case, unless the law requires.

Actions on complaint

Graphic Buffet Co., Ltd. will consider the complaint immediately after receiving, inform related agencies about the investigation of the complaint and make appropriate actions.
